Ipswich Borough Council has confirmed its involvement with The UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF).

The UKREiiF event is in partnership with Pagabo and is set to take place between the 21-23 May 2024, in Leeds. Led by the UK’s leading property events company Built Environment Networking and supported by some of the biggest UK property and infrastructure companies, the third annual UKREiiF event aims to attract inward investment, generate economic growth, and drive a more sustainable and inclusive culture within the property and construction industries.

Ipswich is proud to be one of England’s oldest towns. Yet, while it embraces its past, it has become one of the most exciting places in Britain boasting ambitious redevelopment, regeneration, re-imagining, and reconnection plans which will see Ipswich become a thriving town, and a destination for visitors, and a place to live, work and study.

As a regional centre and county town of Suffolk, Ipswich plays a key role in the future growth of the East of England as an economic hub for business, and Ipswich Borough Council, along with its local partners will play a significant role in delivering a strong local economy, a high-quality sustainable environment.

Ipswich Borough Council has secured a spot in the UKREiiF exhibition hall, where over 10,000 investors, developers, occupiers, and other local authorities will visit over the three-days.

Councillor Neil MacDonald, Leader of Ipswich Borough Council, says: “We are excited to be part of the UKREiiF exhibition. This event will allow us to share our vision, network with experts, and demonstrate the incredible opportunities available within Ipswich.”

Keith Griffiths, Chief Executive Officer, and Founder of UKREiiF, said: “We’re pleased to announce that Ipswich Borough Council will be joining us for our third annual UKREiiF event. Their prime spot in the exhibition hall will allow Ipswich to build connections with potential investors and other Local Authorities.”
